All part-time work rights for non-EU students studying at publicly funded colleges to be abolished

It is expected that the scrapping of work rights for non EU students will be enforced from August and the other changes to be implemented in Autumn,

The summary of changes
  • Non-EU students at publicly funded colleges lose right to work for up to 10 hours a week, matching rule for those at privately funded colleges
  • The length of further education visas will be reduced from three years to two.
  • FE college students will not be able to stay and work in UK when they finish their course, unless they leave the country first (will be exempted if they are registered at an institution with a formal link to a university)

Can I highlight few points:
1- I am studying at imperial college london, pursuing bachelor degree(3 year course) in computer science. As a Non-EU student, my annual tuition fee is 25000 pounds.
2-I rent a place with my uni friend at stratford, london. A 2 bed flat with two bathroom. I pay my part 225 per week which is 11475 every year. * without utilities bills, which cost in additionally like 60 pounds every month per person.
3- being a bright international student, i am on track of 1st class degree with honors. i have completed two years. from this sep, i will continue to my third year at uni.
4-my food expense is like 400 pounds a month. and travelling takes a further 60 pounds a month. the shopping i do mostly from westfield stratford or from selfregies is a separate expense.
5-At the same time, my elder brother is also studying at university of manchester. similar tuition fee expense but low living cost.
6- Collectively it cost my father about 70000 pounds every year. His business income is about the same so it will left him with nothing. As a result my grandfather steps in and take responsibility of me and my brother college expense.
7- Government of Britain never gives me any financial benefit. we pay for everything. I remember the only thing i got for free in these two year term was the 3 times that i went to my gp(doctor). where the session last for less then 10 mins. thats it.
8- Please tell me where did i took any benefits or been burdened to the british government.
